Philosophy: Jenn believes strength is the key to living fully—whether that’s tackling a weekend hike, swinging a golf club, keeping up with little ones, or handling a physically demanding job without pain. She builds functional, dynamic workouts that improve strength, balance, and mobility so clients move with confidence, feel strong, and stay injury-free. Every session is practical, results-driven, and designed for real life—because fitness should make life easier, more enjoyable, and keep you moving well for years to come.
Background: With 20+ years helping men and women move better and feel stronger, Jenn specializes in functional strength for everyday life. She’s a Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Strength Coach, Pre/Postnatal Specialist, and Pain-Free Performance expert, with additional certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Corrective Exercise, and Midlife Fitness. Jenn holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology (NYU) and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology (Northeastern), blending science, skill, and real-world coaching to create programs that keep clients active, confident, and ready for whatever life—or play—brings.
