Background: Jenn brings over 20 years of fitness and wellness experience, combining technical expertise with a compassionate, personalized approach. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Strength Coach, Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and Pain-Free Performance Specialist, with additional certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Corrective Exercise, and Midlife Fitness. Jenn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from NYU and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University.

Background: Natalie is nationally personal training certified by the NCSF (National Council on Strength and Fitness).

Natalie competed nationally as a Figure and Bikini Bodybuilding athlete, ran for the Women's Cross Country Team at the University of Washington, is the former USOA Ms. Washington!
